In recent days, the highly anticipated provincial major project - Changshengda Iron and Steel Company's product structure optimization and upgrading hot-rolled acid washed plate (2.5-6.0mm) galvanized aluminum magnesium project has received widespread attention from the industry.

The intelligentization of hot-rolled pickling plate galvanized aluminum magnesium project goes beyond intelligent robots. Collaborative centralized control operation center, 3D dynamic visualization system, digital twin process big data analysis platform, safety information management platform, unmanned warehouse of raw material warehouse... The project adopts the latest scientific and technological management concept, and can achieve efficient, intelligent, flexible and sustainable production through industrial Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, digital twin, high-precision detection equipment, simulation control model and other cutting-edge technologies.

The production line can produce products with a thickness of 1.5-6.0mm and a width of 900-1650mm. As of now, nearly 1000 tons of hot-dip galvanized aluminum magnesium sheet and 5200 tons of hot-dip galvanized sheet have been produced and are being sent to customers for use.
