Changshengda successfully supplies steel pipes for key local pipeline projects, boosting production and efficiency in multiple provinces.

On September 13th, the machines of Changshengda Steel Company's large straight seam production line roared, welding sparks splattered, and each steel pipe manufacturing process ran smoothly and at high speed. As of now, the company has produced and supplied 39 specifications of pipes for local pipeline projects since August.

Since the beginning of this year, Changshengda has faced new situations and changes in the steel pipe market for oil and gas transportation. It has taken the local social market as an important direction for increasing production and efficiency in the steel pipe industry chain, actively integrated into local pipeline construction, and successfully won bids for key projects in multiple provinces, regions, and cities. Its products cover many fields such as gas pipes, dedicated gas pipelines, pile pipes, and civil water pipelines. The local social market signing amount accounts for 46.84% of the total signing amount of transportation equipment.

Changshengda Company has three major steel pipe production and manufacturing bases in Hebei, Jiangsu, and Fujian. To ensure the progress of livelihood engineering construction, scientifically and efficiently organize production according to the product demand on the construction site, achieve seamless connection with the product supply of the owner, and efficiently complete the supply guarantee task of the "Gasification Inner Mongolia" Charisu Yilong Yong Gas Pipeline Project. During the guarantee period of key LNG projects in Fujian, technical personnel were organized to gather intelligence and tackle difficult problems such as forming difficulties and weld porosity that may be encountered during the forming and welding process of high-grade and large wall thickness spiral steel pipes. The production guarantee task for the first batch of high-grade and large wall thickness spiral steel pipes was successfully completed.
